Processing and dispatch

Orders are dispatched from the UK within 1 to 2 working days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed at a weekend or on a UK bank holiday go out on the next working day.

You'll receive a dispatch email when your order is on its way.

UK delivery

• Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.
• Standard delivery is free on orders of £26 or more.
• A faster option is available for a small charge. The exact cost shows at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times are courier estimates and can't be guaranteed, particularly at busy times or in bad weather.

Subscription orders

Subscription orders are dispatched after each renewal payment, with the same delivery times as any other order. To change your delivery address, update it in your account at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

If your order hasn't arrived

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch email, email hello@meetyona.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier for you.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may hold your order at a local depot or return it to us. If it comes back to us because of an incorrect address or a missed collection, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, and a further delivery charge may apply.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, or the courier confirms it lost, email hello@meetyona.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund. YONA is responsible for your order until it's delivered to you or to someone you've nominated.
